NEWTOWN, BUCKS COUNTY 4B/2B/2C GARAGE

My Newtown, Bucks County home is for sale.   If you are serious about getting into a wonderful neighborhood and a quality school system, you should take a look.  But please do not waste my time.   You should be serious, pre-qualified and approved.  

The house is an affordable for a young, growing family, especially for one desiring four bedrooms.  Our taxes are reasonable, our association fee may be the lowest in the area and includes our pool membership, playground, tennis and basketball courts.  There is a clubhouse that is used for children's and community events and can be rented for a nominal fee.  We have sidewalks - which, sadly, seem to be quite a plus these days, as they are lacking in far more expensive developments. Children can walk or ride their bikes to the pool and playground.  We are within walking distance to Tyler State Park, Newtown Middle School and houses of worship.  A township path connects walkers to the borough and other parts of Newtown. 

Ours is a lovely townhouse that feels like a single home.  Unusual for a townhouse, it is attached to one other home through one garage wall only.  Our end unit has a 2 and 1/3 car garage.  We get lots of light and cross ventilation through the house.  We have a good sized, fenced yard and lovely garden.  Our yard is adjacent to a huge area of common ground.  This is usable space.  

The house is an end unit, bi-level townhouse: four bedrooms, two full baths.  FOUR bedroom townhouses with two car garages are rare.  

Our main floor features a large eat-in kitchen, dining room and living room. The main floor also features three bedrooms, including a large master, all with plenty of closet space and a full, updated bath. The first floor (not a basement) has a wonderful family room and second full bath. Sliding doors lead to the patio and private yard. A fourth bedroom on this first floor may be used for guests or as an office.  The laundry room and storage area are on this floor as well.  The over-sized garage is accessible to the family room. 

 NO, WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN RENTING. NO, WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN  LEASING TO OWN.  WE ARE NOT INTERESTED IN TALKING TO THE VIRTUAL ASSISTANTS OF INVESTORS.  THE HOUSE IS FOR SALE. PERIOD.

I am including appliances.
